Gift My Dorm
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 28, 2026
Gift My Dorm helps visitors find a college student’s public Amazon list or choose practical product ideas for a care package. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use this site.
Information saved in your browser
When you choose items and quantities on a Shop This Box page, those choices are saved in your browser on your device so you can return to them. We do not receive or store those selections on our servers. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s browser data.
Information we do not collect
Gift My Dorm does not ask for or store Amazon usernames, passwords, payment details, or student delivery addresses. Amazon checkout happens on Amazon, and Amazon’s own privacy notice applies when you use its services.
If you email us at hello@giftmydorm.com, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and the details you choose to share. We use it to respond to your question or request.
Site operations
Our hosting and technology providers may process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser and request information. Gift My Dorm does not sell or rent personal information.
Links to Amazon and other sites
This site includes links to Amazon and may link to other services in the future. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information or completing a purchase.
Children’s privacy
Gift My Dorm is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please email us so we can address the issue.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date above shows the latest revision. For privacy questions, email hello@giftmydorm.com.
